Pre entry closes first post on the Wednesday
before the show. All entries received after that are classed as entries
on the day and charged accordingly. We will no longer be posting numbers.
Pre-entry numbers can be picked up on the day of the show from a dedicated point near the secretary's caravan. Please alllow extra time to do this.

Please return any trophies held from the previous year, these should have been returned at the last show
Please pre-enter if
possible especially if you wish to compete in the first few classes in
each ring. This is cheaper and avoids a lot of stress on show day.
If you need to enter on the day please note that the entries for the first class in each ring will close at 8.45am prompt to avoid delays in starting the classes.
There must be no lungeing on the showground. This is to comply with our PL insurance.
Lean reins are not allowed in True Beginner Working Hunter.

If time allows there will be 2'3" clear round jumping in ring 2 at the end of the day. Entries will be taken at the ringside - no pre-entry.
Please make sure that memberships
and entries are sent in separately to the correct addresses. These are
on each form. It causes a great deal of extra work if this is not done.
If you only want to send one cheque please send it with the membership
form and mark your entry form accordingly.
